One thing that I must say that I love about the city of Lethbridge on days like today is that it is a city that gets completely different weather than my hometown of Calgary. There have been so many days where my parents have phoned me in a panic about the weather in Calgary. They have tried to convince me that terrible snow storms or rain would hit me as I drove home and tell me to stay in Lethbridge. I have usually avoided that advice because I would really rather be home.
Today, the weather in Lethbridge had “snowish rain” at one moment and then was warm and sunny the next. Meanwhile in Calgary there was a huge downpour of snow! I didn’t even realize that it snowed there until I entered my community and saw it built up on peoples lawns. My entire drive here was clear, like nothing had happened. Crazy weather!
